"Crackdown" on low pants
Virginians who wear their pants so low their underwear shows may want to think about investing in a stronger belt. Lawmakers passed a bill Tuesday authorizing a $50 fine for anyone who displays his or her underpants in a "lewd or indecent manner."

I'm tired of seeing kids with pants falling off their butts, but this bill goes a bit too far. Are we going to start creating a dress code for everybody? That's the path the Viginia state legislature seems to be headed down. Where's your freedom to choose?
