Subaru driver Solberg picked up his second win of the season ahead of Peugeot drivers Marcus Gronholm of Finland and Markko Martin of Estonia with reigning world champion Sebastien Loeb of France, in a Citroen Xsara, taking fourth spot. Solberg said the victory was the perfect way to honour the memory of Ryuichiro Kuze. Kuze, the founding president of Subaru Tecnica International and the man responsible for leading the company into rallying, died in Japan on Wednesday
